Facility Manager: (RO-FM)

Should Monitor the Power Distribution System and maintain PPM Records.

  • Responsible for monitoring the Access, CCTV, FAS, FM200, WLD, Server PAC Unit System.
  • Co-ordinate with vendor & Monitoring AMC report as per company feature. 
  • Checking all the UPS, AC & AHU ,VAV records, log-books and attaining the 
  • Checking the Electricity & MIDC Water, Diesel Consumption bills & on monthly and monitoring the consumption unit day to day basis. 
    Preparing and maintaining MIS for effective cost monitoring

Procurement Manager: (RO-PM)

  •  Implementation and custodian of Compass procurement policies and key financial controls.
  •  Supplier identification & development particularly for DOR specific products.
  • Supplier Audits & Performance Evaluation.
  • Identification and delivery of cost saving opportunities along with Category Managers.
  • Regular market visit to gain market intelligence, pricing trends, etc.
  • Regular reviews/interaction with DOR Operations team to understand operational issues, product quality & supplier performance

Manager R&D - Specialty Chemicals:  (RO-r&d)

Lead technical service and research projects on Downstream Refinery Products like Diesel Oils, Furnace Oil, Vacuum Oils, Lube Oils for Wax

Antisettling Additives, Lubricity Additives, Cold Finger Plugging Point, Cloud Point, Pour Point Depressants, De-emulsifiers, Scale & Corrosion Inhibitors.

  • Guide and supervise the synthesis of newer products & formulations based on Styrene Acrylate/Methacrylate ester copolymers/ Styrene Maleic Anhydride & Fatty Alcohols based ester copolymers/ Mixed chain Acrylate/Methacrylate copolymers-olefin Maleic Anhydride & Fatty Alcohols based ester copolymers by free radical solution polymerization;

Chemical Engineer: (RO-CE)

  • Responsible for Supervision of production to achieve the targeted production of like E.D.F.A. B.H.F.P
  •  Analysis of daily chemical consumption & generation of production reports.
  • Start up & Shut down of Vacuum Distillation Column, Batch & Continuous Reactor with good knowledge of stabilization process and understanding of trouble shooting with column pressure, pumps, valves and reactor in the Plant.
  • Performed material balance calculation for Distillation column with 750mmhg pressure to improve product yield 75% to 90 % yield
