We at Bangalore Secretarial Services mandatory follow legally approved process to trigger / initiate a new business contract with our new clients. We do request for various documents to authenticate your business ownership and to minimize deceitful activities that are aggressive in the corporate world these days. We sincerely hope that you would understand our need to be cautious as it involves the interest of our candidates and the good will of our own concern.

We specialize in providing high caliber professionals for higher technical and management positions in a variety of industries. We respond only to Mails from official mail ID. All emails should be from the official email id from a company registered domain and Gmail, yahoo, etc enquiries will not be given preference.

We at Bangalore Secretarial Services also offers services in the field of recruitment to different companies, organizations & individuals.

The Client shall mail us in detail the requirements of personnel needed in writing from their official Mail ID giving complete and a detail description of the requirements to team@bangaloresecretary.com.

Bangalore Secretarial Services Placement Charges Consultancy & Staffing Charges: - The professional fees for Permanent recruitment will depend the caliber of the candidate:

  • 8.33% on annual CTC Band post ( Executive , Sr. executive, officers )
  • 10% on annual CTC Band M ( Manager , Sr. Manager AVP ) Manpower outsourcing charges @ 10% on the annual CTC per Candidate
  • Service Taxes as per Government rules
  • For temporary jobs the service Charges shall purely depend upon the nature of requirement and can be negotiated over the table.
  • Service Charges charges / bills should be cleared within one month from the date of enrollment of the candidate and cleared within 10 days.
  • We will acknowledge the mail on receipt of all the requirements in detail sent by the client, and provide candidates within the required time as agreed upon, after a detailed discussion with the client in person or by any mode of communication the client may be comfortable.

    we will send a few selected shortlisted candidates profiles to the client, we request the client to revert back with remarks or comments if any on the short listed candidates and list of tasks related to the job work whatsoever in this regard.

    We will source candidates within the stipulated time limit as per the requirements defined and if needed will also seek for more candidates.

    The client shall confirm in writing the gross annual emoluments of the candidate selected based on which the bill will be raised.

    All Payments are in the favor of “Bangalore Secretary” Payable at Bangalore within seven days of the receipt of the bill.The bill will be raised on the date of joining of the candidate(s).

    Taxes if any applicable the customer shall issue Form 16A within one month fourteen days as per IT rules. If in case of we are not able to source any desired candidate we will not be liable on any circumstances. In case the selected candidate is not continuing in service in the concern and leaves the job on his own accord within 90 days of duty in the concern, we will provide you a replacement at the earliest possible time for the same.

    We Bangalore Secretarial Services can change or include any of the above-mentioned terms & conditions from time to time if necessary.

    For temporary staffing solutions the Service Charges shall purely depend upon the nature of requirements can be negotiated over the table or in person.

    We at Bangalore Secretarial Services also offers services in the field of recruitment to different companies, organizations & individuals.

    The Client shall mail us in detail the requirements of personnel in writing from their official Mail ID giving complete details of job profile with as such detailed information possible to team@bangaloresecretary.com.

    On receipt of all the requirements in detail, we will acknowledge the same and provide candidates within the required time as agreed upon, after a detailed discussion with the client in person or by any mode of communication the client may be comfortable.

    On receipt of the candidates’ profiles, the client will revert back with the list of short listed candidates and list of tasks related to the job work whatsoever in this regard.

    We will source candidates within the stipulated time limit as per the requirements defined and if needed will also seek for more candidates.

    On the selection of the candidate(s) so provided by us, the client shall confirm in writing the gross annual emoluments on the basis of which the Invoice will be raised.

    Payments will be in the favor of “Bangalore Secretary” Payable at Bangalore within 7 days of the receipt of the bill Invoice for the same will be submitted on the date of joining of the candidate(s).

    If any tax is to be deducted at the source from the raised bill, the customer shall issue Form 16A or at the time of payment provide TDS Certificate if any.

    If unable to perform any given task for what so ever reason “Bangalore Secretary” is not liable conditionally or otherwise.

    We at Bangalore Secretary may change or delete any of the above-mentioned terms & conditions from time to time if necessary.
